Marco Polo Plaza Cebu Hotel

This venue is a luxurious and exclusive hotel with excellent service. the staff were attentive and fulfilled all our needs. the Spa & wellness centre had a relaxing sauna and a fantastic swimming pool with sun loungers on the sun terrace. the garden area was peaceful and serene. the room was spacious and offered exclusive amenities. the restaurant provided a delicious buffet breakfast with poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area. The location was perfect in proximity to abundant food choices and easy connections in any direction. Cons: Only one minor issue was encountered here. the packed lunches were not up to par compared to the other exceptional amenities offered at this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Cebu. The staff were friendly and provided top-notch hospitality throughout our trip. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food options. The hotel is located in the hills, away from the main hotspots, but still close to major areas like Cebu IT park. The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities were also impressive.

The hotel is located on a hilly mountain with a good view, not far from the airport. Standard rooms are nice. Ayala mall is close by for breakfast options. Swimming pool is great for family fun. Staff are friendly and always smiling.

We had a great time at this hotel! It was located close to the stunning Temple of Leah and the beautiful mountains. The restaurants inside served delicious food and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view of a small artificial waterfall. The staff provided excellent service and were very helpful. We also enjoyed the facilities, such as the pool and gym, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The view from the rooms was disappointing, especially the mountain view. the bathrooms in the rooms were in need of maintenance and could have been cleaner.

The pool and gym facilities were great, allowing me to relax and stay active during my stay. Additionally, the food served at the hotel was delicious and diverse, offering a variety of options to choose from. There were a few drawbacks to my experience. the hotel's location in a remote hillside area made it less convenient for exploring the city.

I recently stayed at Marco Polo in Cebu for a weekend getaway. The staff was incredibly friendly and always available to help. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely scent throughout the hotel. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious food and refreshing juices. The pool was large and well-maintained, and the attention to detail, such as changing the lobby flowers daily, was impressive. The hotel also had a gym and other facilities to keep guests entertained and satisfied. my experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here 4 times over 9 years, liked it compared to other hotels in the area. Booked at a discounted rate, location was good. Staff were helpful, even took care of my insect bites for free. Enjoyed the clean pool, dining, and rooms. Only downside was needing to book online for extended stay and checkout was a bit slow. a lovely place to stay.
